Why Fenice?
A name about new beginnings.
Fenice is Italian for “phoenix.” George named the company Fenice Financial because he believes God takes the worst things and makes good from them. That belief shapes how he sees clients: not as transactions, but as family members who deserve patience, honesty, and care.

George Borghardt III
President
George leads the protection side of Fenice Financial, including final expense, mortgage protection, life insurance, and living benefits. He named the company after the phoenix because he believes God takes the worst things and makes good from them. His goal is simple: clients should feel like family and understand what they are choosing.
Cyndy Borghardt
Vice President
Cyndy was originally a Fenice client and a preschool teacher with a passion for families. She joined the business in 2022 and became George's partner in business and life. They live in Indiana with four dogs, three cats, and their kids, and Cyndy leads the retirement side: annuities, IUL, rollovers, college funding, whole life, and debt elimination.
